Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge the mental health needs of clients, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, catering to the individual preferences and needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care, facilitating communication through electronic health record systems.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support strategies for clients experiencing episodes of acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting the benefits of seeking support.

Qualifications\n
