The Michael Klein Group, with Savvy Realty, a premier short-term rental real estate team operating in the Pocono Mountains, is looking for an Operations Manager to own the backbone of our business.

This is a hybrid position , offering a combination of in-office and remote work. We're looking for a strategic operator who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering with ownership to scale a business poised for significant growth.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience)

Compensation:

$70,000 – $100,000 base salary

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale operations by building high-performing teams, systems, and processes.

• Develop scalable workflows, SOPs, and technology across multiple business lines.

• Oversee transactions, compliance, reporting, and operational performance.

• Partner with ownership to execute strategy and drive business growth.

• Foster accountability through hiring, coaching, and KPI management.

• Leverage data and technology to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Operations leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused business.

• Proven success building scalable systems, processes, and workflows.

• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication with a high level of ownership and accountability.

• Proficient with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

• Real estate operations experience preferred; short-term rental or new construction experience is a plus.
