One Way Safety is a leading safety products distributor dedicated to protecting workers across the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Construction industries. 

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes and sales orders accurately within 2 hours of receipt.
• Contact vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and purchase order status.
• Respond to high-volume customer phone calls and emails promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
• Review backorder reports, provide order status updates to customers, and identify alternative products when needed.
• Maintain accurate product information, including pricing, part numbers, and system updates.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software.
• Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
