Patient Services Representative

Are you passionate about helping others? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our team in Hartford, CT. This is a great opportunity for those looking to begin a career in healthcare with a focus on patient support and services. Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. 

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Enrollment of new clients
Register new patients and clients
Obtains detailed insurance information
Enters data in EHR
Perform administrative duties
Schedule appointments
Manage incoming calls
