Role Overview The Senior Manager, Global Payroll & HR Shared Services is responsible for leading global payroll operations and HR shared services delivery across multiple regions. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee experience while driving continuous improvement, automation, and standardization across global processes. What You Will Do The role involves leading end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with local labor regulations, and managing payroll calendars, governance processes, and audit activities. Additionally, the role requires leading global HR shared services operations, driving consistent service delivery, and establishing service standards. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10+ years of payroll, HR operations, or shared services experience, with 5+ years of people leadership experience. They will have experience managing global payroll operations across multiple countries and vendors, as well as leading HR shared services or employee service delivery organizations.
