Payroll Manager

Job Description Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation adjustments, and garnishments Reconcile payroll data and validate reports prior to transmission Process special payroll runs including bonuses and year-end adjustments Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and escalated processing issues Partner cross-functionally to address employee payroll inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns Respond to payroll-related inquiries involving garnishments, tax levies, and compliance matters Ensure adherence to payroll deadlines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field 7+ years of multi-state payroll experience in a high-volume environment Experience with multi-company payroll structures preferred CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. wage and hour laws, garnishments, and payroll tax requirements Experience with UltiPro required IBM Cognos Business Intelligence experience preferred Basic accounting knowledge Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
