Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using recognized methodologies, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of mental health interventions and make data-informed adjustments to care plans as necessary.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately and timely, using electronic health record systems compliant with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate access to additional resources by coordinating referrals, liaising with other providers, and ensuring seamless transitions in care.

The total yearly compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, reflecting both experience and expertise.
