Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Odyssey House, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health disorders, strengths, and available support systems.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, andSolution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions pertinent to each client's needs.
\n
• Collaborating extensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.

• Providing crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards to uphold the integrity of treatment records.

• Facilitating psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance clients' understanding of mental health issues and foster community among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other prevalent conditions. Qualifications\n
