Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will take on a variety of essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information on clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to devise and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to clients' unique goals and interventions.

• Offering crisis intervention and safety planning where necessary, ensuring clients receive the timely care they need.

• Facilitating diverse group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and understanding among participants.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disturbances. Your role includes advocating for clients' needs while promoting resilience and empowerment throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.
