Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, enabling individualized care.

• Provide personalized therapy sessions, encompassing individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions to facilitate clients' progress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Offer timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to address acute client needs as required.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
