Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources in a virtual setting.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and coherence in treatment approaches.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
