Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) | Facility-Based Rounds | Saginaw MI NIVA Health is hiring a Wound Care Provider in the Saginaw area to deliver advanced wound care through a facility-based rounding model. You will work in partnered clinical settings such as skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities, collaborating with on-site care teams to improve healing outcomes and patient quality of life.
