Residential HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician Pay: $30 - $45 hourly Bailey Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Wall Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. Job Qualifications: 3+ years of HVAC Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Valid driver’s license / clean driving record EPA – Universal Certification preferred OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred The starting hourly base wage for this position is $30-45. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
