Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork. Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job. Job Qualifications: 3+ years of HVAC experience High School diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred EPA Certification preferred Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills The starting base range for this position is $30 - $45 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
