Mill Production Team Member

Job Description
Add and weigh ingredients for custom feed blends using computerized systems and scanners.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming bagged and bulk ingredients.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
Assist with packaging, stacking, and loading products for delivery.
Support inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
Maintain a clean work environment and assist with light maintenance tasks.
Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Reliable attendance and dependability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Honesty, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of work.
Ability to make sound decisions and follow established procedures.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus.
Hours
First shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and varying Wisconsin weather conditions as needed.
