Order Processing Associate

To support a growing order processing team, the full-time remote Order Processing Associate will manage customer purchase orders, process returns, and ensure timely communication with customers while collaborating with various internal departments. Key responsibilities: Entering customer purchase orders into the system and coordinating with the warehouse team for order fulfillment Processing shipments from third-party warehouses and managing back orders while communicating with customers Resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, and shipping in collaboration with internal departments Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of customer service experience or in a related field 1-3 years of data entry experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
