Our Client is looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Brand & Growth Manager to help lead the next chapter of their dance organization. There is a base salary of $65K with a yearly bonus, 401K, and monthly medical stipend.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who can grow the business, strengthen our brand, improve the customer experience, and help our team execute at a high level. You'll work closely with our Social Media Director, who owns the day-to-day social content, while you focus on the bigger picture strategy, lead generation, website performance, enrollment growth, and overall brand experience.

Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy working with children, parents, and a fast-paced team.

Primary Responsibilities

Brand Growth & Marketing

· Develop and execute annual marketing plans

· Increase student enrollment and retention

· Oversee website strategy, user experience, and conversion optimization

· Improve SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and Google rankings to increase organic visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered search. 

· Manage paid advertising campaigns

· Analyze marketing performance and ROI

· Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and community outreach

Customer Experience

· Help create an exceptional experience for every family

· Support customer service with parents and prospective families

· Assist with tours and enrollment conversations

· Develop systems that improve communication and retention

Events & Productions

· Assist in planning and executing recitals, performances, showcases, Tech Week, special events, and studio promotions

· Coordinate marketing timelines surrounding major events

· Help improve the overall event experience for families

Team Support

· Work alongside the Social Media Director to ensure consistent branding and messaging

· Support teachers and staff with marketing needs and promotional materials

· Help departments stay organized and moving toward common goals

· Build positive relationships with both staff and families

Operations & Organization

· Manage marketing calendars and project timelines

· Coordinate with outside vendors

· Track KPIs and prepare reports

· Help streamline processes using technology and AI tools

Preferred Experience

· Marketing, branding, communications, or business development

· Website management (WordPress or similar)

· Google Analytics

· Google Ads / Meta Ads

· SEO and AEO/GEO strategies

· Canva and basic design skills

· CRM and email marketing platforms

· Project management software (Asana preferred)

· AI tools for marketing and workflow automation
