Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for an assigned patient group in an outpatient setting.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments per orders, and identify and respond to changes in condition and safety concerns.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members to ensure timely evaluation and discharge planning.
- Supervise and direct the activities of other nursing staff and support personnel as assigned; promote evidence-based practice and maintain professional standards.
- Document all care activities, interventions, and patient responses clearly and timely in the electronic health record; ensure privacy and data integrity.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, self-care plans, and follow-up needs; reinforce instructions for continuity of care at home.

Requirements
- Current, active RN license to practice in California
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a 4x10-hour shift schedule
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient setting
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel to the assignment location
