Student Government Strategic Specialist

Role Description

@Vote is hiring a Student Government Strategic Specialist to expand voter outreach within college campuses through student government associations and campus leaders. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Empowering student leaders to integrate voter registration tools and civic resources into student programming, events, and communications.
• Direct outreach, planning student-led events, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor resources and strategies for college campuses.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about student leadership, highly organized, and well-versed in campus dynamics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of student government systems, leadership dynamics, and campus culture.
• Previous involvement in student government or similar leadership roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with student leaders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with student governments or campus leadership organizations.
• Deep understanding of campus politics and student advocacy strategies.
• Background in youth outreach, student organizing, or higher education policy.
• Familiarity with key student leadership conferences and national student government associations.
