By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).The Project Manager is accountable for the overall successful execution of a project from initiation to production Go Live.Responsibilities:- Develop project timelines, release plans, and sprint plans.- Establish and enforce project governance for communications, status reporting, decision making, escalations, - time reporting, risk management, issue management, etc. - Track and report team progress against timelines and plans.- Remove blockers that interrupt team flow and progress. Escalate blockers when assistance is needed from outside of the team.- Track and mange project budget performance. Review and approve time and expenses.- Maintain and manage RAIDD log of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.- Lead regular risk identification and mitigation workshops over the course of the project.- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to communicate project status to NTT and client leaders and executive management. Communicate impactful issues and risks for awareness. Escalate issues and risks when assistance from outside the team is needed.- Facilitate project status, issue resolution, and decision-making meetings.- Facilitate the development of business implementation plans- Coordinate resource assignments, project setup in NTT systems, time tracking, onboarding, and offboarding.- Ensure team delivers per the SOW. Track the completion of all deliverables. Identify deviations from SOW requirements and assumptions and raise change orders as needed. - Train team on project management tools and processes in use by the team.Nice to have Skills:- Prior experience & knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process- Prior experience with a software development methodology, such as Agile or Waterfall- Prior experience using Agile Project Management tools, such as JIRA, Rally, HP Agile Manager etc.- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Excellent follow up skills- High level of organization and attention to detailQualifications:- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification nice-to-have- 3+ years Salesforce.com Project Management experience- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience- One or more Salesforce Certifications nice-to-haveThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
