Power Platform Senior Lead Developer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps model-driven and canvas apps, advanced Power Automate, and Power BI.
• We need strong technical expertise in designing and migrating InfoPath forms and workflows to Power Platform solutions, including planning, mapping, and validation.
• We need advanced knowledge of SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016/2019+) and SharePoint Online administration, site design, list and library management, workflow and security configuration, SharePoint REST APIs, and troubleshooting.
• We need hands-on experience integrating and managing Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access, SSO, security groups, and policy enforcement.
• We need proficiency in PowerShell and scripting to automate administrative tasks across SharePoint, Entra ID, and Power Platform environments.
• We need a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices, including data loss prevention, retention policies, and compliance center controls.
• We need exposure to RESTful API development and integration techniques.
• We need excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and resolve complex technical issues.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, MS-600, or equivalent in Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure technologies.
• Preferred experience includes large-scale InfoPath to Power Platform migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.
• Preferred familiarity includes Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph API, and advanced Microsoft 365 automation.
• Preferred experience also includes additional Microsoft 365 workloads such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and cross-platform integrations.

• We architect, develop, test, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• We partner with business units and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and convert them into technical designs that integrate with enterprise systems.
• We lead or support migrations from legacy InfoPath forms and workflows to modern Power Platform solutions, focusing on data integrity, minimal downtime, and improved user experience.
• We design, build, and maintain advanced workflows, custom connectors, and app integrations across SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online, with an emphasis on security, scalability, and maintainability.
• We provide advanced SharePoint administration, including configuration, content management, permissions, site collections, and troubleshooting in hybrid environments.
• We implement secure integration with Entra ID for authentication, authorization, claims-based access, and conditional access policies.
• We use PowerShell and other scripting tools to manage, monitor, and report on SharePoint, Entra ID, and Power Platform activities.
• We support, optimize, and troubleshoot Power Platform apps, flows, InfoPath and SharePoint Designer migrations, SharePoint sites, and Entra ID integrations.
• We create and maintain solution documentation, migration guides, technical diagrams, test plans, and end-user training materials.
• We act as a subject matter expert, provide technical direction, and strengthen cross-functional communication and collaboration.
