What You’ll DoAs a Sous Chef at Arena Cafe, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, delicious meals and memorable dining experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and executing a variety of delicious dishes to meet our high standards.
- Managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Overseeing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Upholding food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen perfectly prepared and presented.
We’re searching for someone who brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our customers.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to assist others.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
