RESPONSIBILITIES

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Work with the agent and team members to meet individual and team sales goals Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Be open to feedback from team members, manager, and agent to grow your sales skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree Excellent customer service skills Sales experience preferred Able to obtain Property and Casualty License Able to obtain a Life and Health License Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
