Customer Service Representative

Customer Service RepresentativeAssist in the student transportation programs for the Regional School Choice Office. Serve as a customer service representative to parents and school districts with transportation needs. Resolve customer complaints. Work as a liaison between parents, schools and transportation providers. Resolve logistical issues to ensure safe and timely transportation. Maintain records for the transportation department including student roster, route sheets, transportation changes, alternate schedules, accident reports, database, etc. Assist Management as needed. Work on Special Projects. Direct Vendor Contact. Motivate and mentor temporary staff members. Coordinating/Scheduling all transportation (field trips, late buses, early buses). Handling Time Sensitive Assignments. Excellent oral/written communication. Must be able to interact w/customers on a consistent basis.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people with various backgrounds. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Ability to work flexible hours with mandatory overtime. Assist with Billing verification. Detail Oriented.HS Diploma. Customer service experience (5 years). Previous Coordinating experience required. Previous Transportation experience is a plus.
