We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Social Worker / Behavioral Health Clinician to join an integrated care team dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral health services. In this role, you'll provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support to patients of all ages while partnering with healthcare professionals to deliver whole-person care. What You'll Be Doing Provide individual, family, and group counseling services Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, mental status evaluations, and treatment planning ❤️ Support patients through crisis intervention and behavioral health challenges Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Develop and implement short- and long-term treatment plans tailored to patient needs Educate staff on psychosocial factors impacting patient health and wellness Advocate for patients and families while connecting them to valuable community resources Identify child welfare concerns and coordinate appropriate reporting and follow-up Document services accurately within electronic medical records Mentor and supervise social work interns (when applicable) ✨ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs What We're Looking For ✔ New York State LMSW or LCSW ✔ MSW from an accredited program or appropriate NYS licensure/certification for Clinical Psychologists or Psychiatrists ✔ Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills ✔ Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, HIV-positive populations, and those living with mental illness ✔ Passion for integrated, patient-centered care ✔ Interest in supervising interns and supporting the next generation of clinicians Bonus Points For ⭐ Healthcare or community health experience ⭐ Fluency in Spanish ⭐ Experience working in multidisciplinary care settings Why You'll Love This Opportunity Meaningful work that positively impacts individuals, families, and communities Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and growth The ability to make a real difference every day through compassionate, patient-centered care
