Position Overview The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, responsible for driving client satisfaction, operational alignment, and account growth. You will work closely and collaborate with our sales, operations and culinary teams. This role blends hospitality, operations, and commercial awareness to ensure consistent execution and long‑term partnership success. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, proactive, and solutions‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a natural ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate communicates clearly across teams and is equally comfortable managing client expectations and operational details. A background in hospitality or food service, combined with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability, will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities Client Management & Retention (40%) Serve as main client contact, ensuring responsive, professional communication Build strong relationships and maintain long‑term partnerships Proactively listen to and address client needs, feedback, and concerns Lead regular check‑ins and performance discussions Account Growth & Performance (25%) Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities Monitor account performance and align services with client goals and budgets Partner with Sales on account expansion and strategic planning Operational Coordination (20%) Collaborate with Culinary, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless execution Accurately manage and enter sales orders within our inventory system Communicate client needs clearly across teams Support launches, program changes, and service improvements Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support business priorities and ensure successful execution across accounts. Reporting & Systems (15%) Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and updates Track KPIs and prepare client and internal reports Contribute to process improvement and standardization Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years in Hospitality, workplace dining, food service, or account management Interpreting business goals and applying techniques and strategies to expedite the achievement of those goals Interacting and creating relationships with internal and external customers of all levels and skill sets Using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized with strong attention to detail A commitment to personal accountability and continuous learning Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) Experience with inventory or operations systems (Fishbowl or similar preferred) Experience with project management software (Asana preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Key Competencies Hospitality mindset Ownership and accountability Cross‑functional collaboration Clear and proactive communication Role Details Job Type: Full‑time, Hybrid Schedule: Monday through Friday.
