Strategic Account Manager

Madison Davis is a specialized staffing and recruiting firm focused on Financial Services, Banking, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Accounting & Finance, and Professional Services. For more than 50 years, we have built longstanding relationships with some of the most recognizable financial institutions, investment banks, fintech organizations, and corporate clients in the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager to help expand existing client relationships, uncover new hiring opportunities, and partner closely with our recruiting teams to deliver exceptional results. The Opportunity This is not a cold-start business development role. The individual joining our team will step into active client relationships, established accounts, and warm opportunities across the Financial Services and Banking sector. Working alongside Managing Directors and Senior Business Development professionals, this individual will play a key role in growing existing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and increasing wallet share across strategic accounts. While supported by experienced leaders who have built longstanding client relationships, this role requires someone who can operate independently, take ownership of client relationships, and become a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Our focus has always been Financial Services and Banking, and we've spent decades building relationships with clients across the industry. We are looking for someone who can deepen those relationships, identify new hiring needs, and help drive long-term revenue growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client relationships across Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, and related sectors Partner with Managing Directors and Senior Business Development professionals to execute account growth strategies and expand existing client partnerships Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and key business stakeholders Identify additional hiring needs, new business units, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Conduct client meetings, intake calls, workforce planning discussions, and account reviews Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and exceptional client service Drive revenue growth through account expansion, client retention, and consultative relationship management Develop strategic account plans designed to increase market penetration and client engagement Coordinate interview processes, offer negotiations, and hiring initiatives Maintain activity, pipeline, and client information within Salesforce Represent Madison Davis with professionalism, urgency, and a client-first mentality Qualifications 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, business development, or client relationship management Experience working with Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or professional services clients is preferred Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
