Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and trust while adhering to professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to track progress, assess stability, and plan for discharge whenever appropriate.

• Design and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with each client.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge client needs and create suitable therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives the necessary support and guidance.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is essential.

• Proficient in the use of computers and familiar with software such as Outlook, RMS systems, and PIMSY.
