Pharmacist- Part Time

Pharmacist PositionResponsible for complying with all State and Federal laws, rule and regulations to fill prescriptions, and operate daily activities.Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking a highly capable, motivated, and team-oriented Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. This role blends operational excellence with meaningful clinical impact, offering an opportunity to practice at a high level while directly improving patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Accurately dispense medications in compliance with all state and federal regulationsOversee daily pharmacy workflow to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality serviceSupervise and support pharmacy technicians and staffMaintain proper inventory management, storage, and recordkeepingEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, including Ohio Board of Pharmacy requirementsSupport and optimize 340B program operations and medication accessProvide medication counseling and patient education to improve adherence and outcomesIdentify and resolve medication-related problems (interactions, duplications, adherence gaps)Collaborate with providers and care teams on medication therapy decisionsSupport chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)Contribute to medication therapy management (MTM), transitions of care, and care coordinationQualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institutionActive pharmacist license (or eligibility) in OhioStrong clinical knowledge and sound professional judgmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage both operational and clinical responsibilities effectivelyPrior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar settingExperience with 340B programsWhat We're Looking For:Think critically and approach problems with depth and curiosity.
