Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Experience with McKesson is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: EP experience, IR experience, vascular experience, monitoring, and neuro experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Coil embolization preferred. CTO, peripherals, venous access, rhythm interpretation, Philips X-Ray System, variety of atherectomy devices, variety of thrombectomy devices, temporary LVAD support, and MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Unit Details: Diagnostic cardiac cath, interventional cardiac cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, and structural heart cases including PFO, TAVR, and Mitral Clip. Interventional radiology cases include lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremities, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, and stroke thrombectomy. Neurointervention and CRM device implants. Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts; this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 scheduled shifts for the week. Scheduled for 70 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Floating Requirements: May float to IR, EP.
