Job Summary
JVIS-KSA is seeking an Accounting Associate to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and purchasing activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Finance, Business, or related graduate to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while building a foundation for a long-term career in accounting and finance.
The Accounting Associate will work closely with accounting, purchasing, operations, customers, and suppliers to support daily financial and procurement activities. Training will be provided.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Assist with payment processing activities.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with discrepancy resolution.
Accounts Receivable
• Generate customer invoices and process incoming payments.
• Maintain customer account records.
• Assist with account reconciliations and billing inquiries.
• Support collection and payment follow-up activities.
Purchasing Support
• Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Support procurement activities as needed.
General Accounting Support
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant internship, co-op, or work experience will be considered.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• ERP experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
