This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, and partnering with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliOwn and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise school districts/liliRun discovery-led sales processes to uncover operational and strategic needs/liliDeliver compelling, insight-driven product demonstrations/liliBuild and execute deal strategies across multi-stakeholder environments/liliForecast accurately and manage pipeline effectively/liliCollaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Leadership to close deals/liliDrive expansion opportunities across departments (IT, Facilities, Operations)/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For/pulli5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience/liliProven track record of closing complex deals ($75K+ ARR)/liliStrong discovery and consultative selling skills/liliExperience selling to multiple stakeholders and executive buyers/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills/liliHighly organized with strong pipeline management discipline/liliExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM/li/ulpNice to Have/pulliExperience selling into K-12 education or public sector/liliFamiliarity with ITSM, asset management, or facilities workflows/liliExperience working with channel partners or resellers/li/ulpWhat makes Incident IQ different:/pulliWe facilitate whole-person growth where employees can develop personally as well as professionally./liliWe offer an energetic and collaborative environment; everyones opinion matters!/liliWe produce software that empowers K-12 schools to run efficiently, allowing for a better classroom experience for students to THRIVE!/liliWe provide excellent work/life balance.
