Precious Metals Sr. Account Executive

We have more opportunities than we can handle and are looking for a rockstar, experienced precious metals Sr. Account Executive. You will be working with a team of experienced and constantly trained junior reps who will properly qualify the leads and set up the live transfer. In addition to receiving inbound calls and fresh leads, we're looking for a leader who can influence and work with hungry reps, is talented and can close high ticket items. Ideally, the closer should also be able to execute the products.

This is the perfect storm to be in the physical gold and silver industry. With the economy in a downward spiral and precious metals prices on the rise, the sky is the limit! Truly infinite earning potential is at your fingertips.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in the financial services industry and ideally 1+ year experience in precious metals.
• Well versed with IRAs and general financial products (brokerages, annuities, IRAs, 401Ks)
• Up to date with the markets.
• Excellent communication skills: both verbal with strong telephone etiquette and written
• Fast learner- we provide A LOT of training
• Highly competitive in nature
• High-energy individual
• Genuine desire to help other people
• Positive attitude that is infectious to those around you
• Comfortable working with multiple software platforms
• Great communication skills.
• Ambitious and possess the drive to succeed.
• Have a winning mindset & be a quick learner.
• Coachable
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (such as SalesForce)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales team and multiple projects
• Strong ability to manage through sales scripts
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
