Sr. Accountant

Senior Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant (Direct Hire | Onsite)

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits

Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week

A growing, well-established financial services organization is seeking a Senior Accountant or experienced Staff Accountant ready for the next step . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants to play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and month-end close
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies
• Support preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with process improvements and system optimization initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
• Utilize modern ERP systems to streamline workflows and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Background in financial services, lending, or similar industry is a plus
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a team-driven environment
