If you're looking for stability, professional growth, and a company that invests in its employees, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll Be DoingProcess high-volume invoices accurately and efficientlyReview, code, and enter invoices into the accounting systemMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentsInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepanciesManage vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiriesPrepare and process weekly check runs and electronic paymentsReconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payment processingMaintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposesAssist with month-end close activities and account reconciliationsCollaborate with internal departments to improve AP processes and workflowsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of Accounts Payable experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working with ERP or accounting software systemsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsHigh level of accuracy and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with high-volume invoice processingERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platformsPay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hourSearch managed by: Coleman HarrisBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
