Compensation & Benefits ManagerPosition Summary:The role of a compensation and benefits manager is to manage our company’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure we are paying in market for our industry and remaining compliant with all local and national laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and proceduresDevelop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and proceduresEnsure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislationCommunicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issuesSet the organization’s pay and benefits structureMonitor competitive wage rates to develop or modify compensation plansChoose and manage outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, and investment managersOversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization’s teammatesEducation, Experience and Skills:Effective verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of the Workday HRIS system a plusDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of a broad range of compensation and benefit strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulationsExperience with analyzing data to guide strategic compensation planningBachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related areas; relevant work experience may be a substitute#HDQCorporateAverage Pay Rate130000Benefits and Total RewardsWe believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.Part Time Team MembersDental insuranceVision insurancePaid trainingAnnual bonus opportunityCareer development opportunitiesThis job description outlines the general nature and level of responsibilities associated with this position.
