Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is not your normal retail sales associate / customer service position. At Drybar, our retail receptionists are called Bartenders because that’s what they do – they tend to the social experience of our bar atmosphere. Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits: Competitive compensation with base pay of $11 per hour and the potential to make up to $20 per hour depending on commissions that include retail and membership sales Free monthly services Membership sales bonus Flexible Hours Discounts on all retail products Clear career path to grow as a professional Ongoing training Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Evening and weekend shift(s) required Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment preferred Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
