Property Operations Specialist

About the Role

We’re hiring a Property Manager to join our team at Real Estate Solutions.

This is not a traditional “you own a portfolio” role.

Instead, we operate on a team-based model , where responsibilities are shared across the team. That means:

• No single person is overwhelmed with a full portfolio
• You’re never “on an island” handling everything alone
• Work is distributed so the team can move faster and support each other

What You’ll Do

As part of the team, you’ll contribute to the day-to-day management of our properties, including:

• Communicating with tenants, owners, and vendors
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Supporting leasing activity and renewals
• Assisting with rent collection and account follow-ups
• Handling inbound phone and email communication

You won’t be siloed into one function—you’ll be cross-trained and involved across the operation.

Compensation & Growth

• $28–$34/hour depending on experience
• Clear path for advancement as we continue to grow
• Regular performance-based compensation increases
