Reservations Agent

Take the next step in your career as our new American Airlines Reservation Agent (Remote) to work collaboratively across teams and departments, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, and manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency. Other duties include provide excellent service to customers and team members, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, assist with processing returns and exchanges, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, follow safety procedures and company policies. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
