Physical Therapy Manager Suburban Philadelphia Leadership Role
Lead a dynamic outpatient physical therapy team in the greater Philadelphia area. This Physical Therapy Manager role offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership, driving both patient outcomes and operational success in a collaborative orthopedic environment.
Youll work closely with physicians and clinic staff while managing day-to-day operations, staffing, and performance initiatives. This is an ideal role for an experienced Physical Therapist ready to step into leadership or continue growing in a management position.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, staffing, and quality improvement
