Job Title: Part Time HR Administrative Assistant
Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–2:30 PM (30-minute lunch) or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (60-minute lunch)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Part Time HR Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. You'll work closely with an experienced HR professional to keep things organized and ensure seamless onboarding and administrative processes.

What You'll Do
As a Part Time HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing general administrative support to the HR team
• Filing, organizing, and maintaining confidential employee records and documents
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, and making copies of HR documents
• Welcoming new hires and assisting with onboarding, including preparing welcome materials and swag bags
• Supporting HR projects, research, and special assignments as needed
• Preparing and organizing paperwork related to new hire onboarding, employee terminations, LOA documentation, and LSA administration
• Helping maintain HR checklists and ensuring documentation is complete and organized
• Coordinating and overseeing weekly employee lunches
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2+ years of experience in HR, benefits or administrative roles 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach
• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-service focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
