We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit, with a specialized focus on cardiac telemetry.
Job Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and medical history.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
Schedule Requirements

This position involves 3 night shifts per week, 12 hours each (19:00 - 07:00).
Weekends are required, with 6 weekend shifts scheduled over a 6-week period.
Qualifications

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a telemetry or progressive care unit is preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information

Floating between units may be required as needed.
This role requires a professional dress code, with solid navy blue scrubs for licensed personnel.
