We are currently hiring for both our **Day Program** and our **Residential Homes**, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.**Locations:** Durham, NH**Schedule:** Full time 40 hours a week; Tuesday-Saturday 7a-3p**What You’ll Do:****Residential Role**As a **Residential Direct Support Associate**, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:* Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration* Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility* Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry* Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events* Following personalized care plans* Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet* Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety**What We’re Looking For**We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:* Direct Support Professional (DSP)* Residential Counselor* Caregiver* Behavior Technician* Support Counselor**Qualifications:*** Minimum 18 years of age* High School Diploma or GED* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance* Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required**Compensation:****Residential:**$22.62 hourly,**Grow with us!** Advance your career through our **paid DSP Career Progression Pathway** and earn **up to an additional $1.50/hour** by completing all three levels.**What’s in it for you?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package for part-time, eligible employees, including:* PTO begins accruing on your first day!* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
