Senior Copywriter

Ashley Digital is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our growing Creative team. If you’ve got big ideas, a smart writing style, and an editorial eye, then we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will own the creative copywriting process from beginning to end and have full ownership of editing all copy and ultimately, the end product. Tight organization skills, and the ability to have big ideas and execute them creatively, will enable our ideal candidate to grow and develop in this new and exciting role.

In this role, you will collaborate and support Ashley Digital’s creative team and work towards the evolution of our brand voice across multiple brands through product launches, digital product, marketing channels, physical experiences, packaging, and more. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and have a proven track record of using their imagination to create original content.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the creative copywriting process from beginning to end, with minimal input from others, including all editing and owning the end product
• Use imagination to create original content
• Write clear, creative copy for web content, digital ads, promotional materials, retail signage, and other marketing collateral
• Write and edit long-form blog posts and articles that support SEO , organic traffic, and brand authority goals
• Ensure clear, and recognizable tone of voice across multiple distinct contemporary customer-facing brands
• Maintain a consistent editorial voice across blog content while flexing tone per brand
• Work across Retail, Amazon and Big Box to support retail marketing efforts
• Support A/B Testing & Data Driven Copy with CRM, Growth and Creative Teams
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all communication channels and products
• Be strategically minded, providing a range of options for testing themes and positioning for various products and customers
• Ability to apply sound, independent judgment and discretion on matters of substantial importance to the company in performing duties, resolving complex problems, and interpreting policies and regulations
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a professional writing role
• Experience owning copywriting process from beginning to end, with minimal oversight
• Experience working in ecommerce , strongly preferred
• Experience with A/B Testing and Data Driven Copy
• Familiarity with AI Tools and how to best leverage them
• A strong, diverse writing portfolio
• Strong editorial judgment and writing ability
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize your workload
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with entrepreneurial and tech-driven creative environments
• Experience working with AI agentic tools
• Willing and able to attend off-site meeting bi-annually
