In-House Senior Counsel, Multifamily Real Estate
Monarch Investment and Management Group
Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks an experienced Senior Associate General Counsel to join our in-house legal team focused on multifamily housing. This full‑time position offers broad exposure across premises liability, fair housing, insurance, employment and contracts, with mentorship and a collaborative environment.
You will serve as lead counsel for assigned properties, advise site staff, and partner with Asset Management to assess risk and provide clear opinions.
