Executive Director, Southeast Pennsylvania Behavioral Health & Integrated CareThe Executive Director, Southeast Pennsylvania Behavioral Health & Integrated Care provides executive leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal accountability for a diverse portfolio of behavioral health, integrated care, and health and human services across Southeast Pennsylvania.Reporting to the Senior Executive Director, this role provides executive leadership and operational oversight for a complex, multidisciplinary portfolio of health services within the region. The Executive Director will partner with clinical, medical, financial, HR, quality, compliance, IT, payer, and executive leaders to strengthen services and advance an integrated approach to care.This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic, results-oriented executive who can translate vision into action, develop strong leaders, and drive measurable improvements across a complex service system. The Executive Director will identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, productivity, access, and financial performance while ensuring programs remain aligned with regulatory and quality standards.The ideal leader brings a strong understanding of the behavioral health and healthcare landscape, with the ability to navigate payer, provider, regulatory, and community environments.
