Required Procedures: Low risk pregnancy OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section) Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's) Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's, Laser certification) Preferred FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE Level I/Screening (viability) Level II/Targeted (anatomic)

Board: BC required (Certified)

Licenses: Licensed in NC

DEA: NC DEA required

Experience: Actively delivering babies with case logs from past 12-24 months

Other Qualifications: Fully vaccinated, no recent malpractice cases, and PECOS enrolled

Duties & Responsibilities: Round on patients daily Perform emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries Perform emergent GYN procedures (e.g., ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal) Manage high-risk deliveries and arrange transfers to higher-level NICU if needed Provide on-call coverage via cell phone with 20-minute response time
