Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both through virtual consultations and limited community outreach.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and drive improved client outcomes, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

• Uphold the ethical standards of social work practice, ensuring all interventions align with professional guidelines and the organization's mission.

• Conduct timely assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies for problem identification and crisis management.

• Design and implement integrated care plans, coordinating with clients, families, and various service providers to facilitate access to necessary resources and treatment.

• Maintain a manageable caseload to provide continuous assessment and therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress and treatment efficacy, ensuring accurate reporting and data submission in alignment with organizational requirements.

• Participate in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Be available for on-call support as assigned, addressing client needs outside standard hours when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
