Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Louisiana SPED Educator Certificate required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Flexible and comfortable in different educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specially designed instruction and supports to elementary students across varying needs
• Conduct ongoing assessment, progress monitoring, and adapt interventions accordingly
• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Maintain detailed records, document progress, and participate in parent meetings and team conferences
