The Membership Executive will play a critical frontline role in ABF's revenue engine, responsible for developing corporate memberships and driving delegate ticket sales across key global markets. Reporting into the VP of Memberships, this individual will identify, engage, and convert high-value organizations into long-term ABF members and active participants. This is a high-performance commercial role with clear revenue targets and strict activity KPIs, requiring disciplined pipeline management, strong outbound capability, and a consultative approach to selling executive-level memberships. requirements 4-6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, with a demonstrated track record of $10M career sales closed. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced commercial environment. Strong outbound sales capability, including cold outreach, pipeline generation, and lead conversion. Experience selling to senior decision-makers and enterprise organizations is highly desirable. Comfortable working with strict KPIs and structured performance metrics. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach. Highly organized with excellent pipeline and CRM management discipline. Interest in global business, leadership forums, and executive-level convening platforms. Self-starter mindset with high levels of drive, resilience, and accountability. requirements Identify, prospect, and engage senior decision-makers within target corporate accounts to drive membership and delegate sales. Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified opportunities across new business and expansion accounts. Convert high-value organizations into ABF members across tiered membership packages and annual commitments. Drive delegate ticket sales for ABF flagship and regional forums, ensuring consistent revenue contribution across the calendar year. Maintain rigorous activity levels including outreach, meetings booked, follow-ups, and pipeline progression aligned to KPI targets. Use CRM tools and sales platforms to manage pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance reporting. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support campaign activation and conversion initiatives. Stay informed on industry trends, corporate priorities, and executive-level agendas to strengthen value-based selling approaches. Represent ABF at forums, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate pipeline and build brand presence. Develop strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to support retention, upsell, and renewals.
